Really, Where Does the Time Go?

Thanks for visiting and taking the time to comment. I appreciate them all. Hope you all had a nice holiday weekend. We were busy with a lot of yard work, which is never ending. Visiting with friends and some stitching.
Sorry for the bad picture, I don't iron until the piece is finished. This is Dogwood Lace by Rosewood Manor. The fabric is 36 ct. Chantilly Cream by LSL. I am loving this piece and wish I had more time to work on it. You can clock on any of the pictures for a larger view.
This is my stitching group piece. It is coming along nicely.
I had The Summer Band sampler stretched and popped it into the frame I am using for all 4 seasons. I love the frame molding and it goes well with all of the seasons.
I will end with a couple more shots of my Iris. They are so happy. Stella is growing and doing well. This coming weekend we are going to the shelters yearly open house for the adopted pets and their families. Hope to get some shots of her and her siblings. Until next time......Happy Stitching! Deborah

Deborah, your wips are beautiful. Wow Dogwood Lace is looking amazing. Love your framed Summer Sampler - looks incredible. I would walk by it many times just to see it. Smart of you to switch out the seasons samplers using the same frame. Have a great weekend:)

Ooh... Dogwood Lace is pretty. I've never taken notice of it before until I saw your WiP. Summer Band Sampler looks great in that frame.

Beautiful irises! First time seeing a pink one.

Hugs,
Veronica.

Your progress on Dogwood Lace is amazing! I'm not sure I've seen this design before, but now I want to have a look at it.

The pics of your iris make me homesick! They would always be the prettiest flowers of the spring when I was growning up. Thanks for sharing them.

This is such a busy time of year, isn't it, Deborah? Hard to find time to sit and stitch as much as we would like, that's for sure!

Your Dogwood Lace is stunning and the frame you've chosen for the four seasons is perfect. You are so good about getting your things framed--I tend to really procrastinate when it comes to framing...

Summer Band Sampler is beautiful. Using the same frame is ingenious!

Pretty irises. I know what you mean about yard work. It's never ending once rainy-season starts.

Life is super charged and sped up lately! That's always the way when the nice weather hits. We're all mad to get out of the house after being cooped up all winter.

Love the WIPS!
