A Little More Fall Stitching.

I hope all of you in the US had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend. Mine was just how I wanted it to be. Quiet! The weather was perfect. Did some errands, lots of stitching, walked with Stella, did some yard work and had turkey burgers. Just about a perfect holiday. I finished Ghoul by PSS. Love it.
Hope to find a frame in my stash for it. Next up is Turkey Love by PSS.
Have I mentioned how much I enjoy stitching Paulette's designs? I used 32 ct v. examplar LSL and the suggested NPI and Belle Soie silk. The silks are beautiful. This one will go to the framer. I think that I want to mat this one. Cheryl and I have been thrifting a few times during the summer months.
The clear frog came with the bottom as a set. The glass is etched in a floral design. Very nice. The little brown frog is very different.
This green dish is so beautiful. The picture does it no justice. There is a beautiful design in the glass.
I couldn't pass up this sugar and creamer. The color and design is so pretty. I have a number of sugar and creamers. Just love them.
I loved this dresser scarf. It isn't orange , as the picture suggests. It's just the lamp light.
See, it is a cream color. I got one for both dressers. They were a bargain, $12.00 for both. You can click on any of the pictures for a larger view. I will end with a picture of my girl, Stella. She is getting so big.
I threw some clothes just out of the dryer on the bed and she just had to get on the warm towels. Thanks for visiting and leaving great comments. I appreciate them all. Until next time ..... Happy Stitching! Deborah

Beautiful stitching, Deborah. Congrats on the finishes.

Such pretty scissors frogs. Lovely scarf too but I must admit it's the lamp that caught my attention. It's gorgeous!

Stella really has grown! She's adorable.

Just wanted to let you know that your blog is one of my favorites! If you posted evety day I would read it! Love all your stitches and your sweet puppy! When I read you had turkey burgers, I remembered I have a bag of those in the freezer from Costco and I don't know how to season them so my picky Mother will eat them. How do you cook turkey burgers?

Thanks so much & love your blog (I esp loved the wordplay series!)- Gloria

What great finishes, Deborah... I love that little squirrel in the Ghoul design--looks like he is feeding the bird an acorn :)

Lovely finds and that lamp sitting on your new dresser scarf is stunning! Is it stained glass or mosaic--very, very unusual...

I'm with Stella--there is nothing better than crawling into bed with freshly washed sheets warm from the dryer :)

Beautiful stitching!!! You really make me want to run off and buy a bunch of PSS designs, I tell you. I only have a couple of those in my stash which is not nearly enough I think. ;)

I wouldn't have been able to resist that pretty green glass either!!!!

I see we're both on the same track with Paulette's designs! I didn't realize you had just finished Ghoul. I got mine started last week and I'm really enjoying it. Your Turkey Love looks fabulous!!! I didn't use the silks for it because of cost and I really wish I had.
Your dresser scarves are a great find and so very pretty too!
My goodness but Stella is getting big! She's not a pup anymore.
